Cancellation Policy
- 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
- 30% cancellation of the package cost before 7 days of the traveling date.
- 70% cancellation of the package cost before 04 days of the traveling date.
Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE- THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON HIGH PEAK DATES / PEAK SEASON AND ANY LONG WEEKEND (20TH DEC TO 10TH JAN) ,FULL RETENSION WILL BE CHARGED AND IF THE GUEST WILL CANCEL THE BOOKING BEFORE THE CANCELLATION POLICY THEN 10% WILL BE CHARGED AS PER COMPANY LAW.
